Abrasive Jet Walk-In Booths
These are units especially designed for manual shotblasting or blowing of large components. Once the workpiece has been placed inside the booth, the operator, suitably protected by special equipment, enters the booth in order to clean the parts.
| The booths are equipped with extraction and abrasive-recovery systems that allow the abrasive to be cleaned and reused. The booths are lined with wear-resistant material. The interior of the booth is illuminated so that cleaning operations are easy and comfortable. The structure of the booth is based on easy-to-mount modular panels. There are different configurations for the entry and exit of the workpieces, using trolleys or overhead carrousels, or with the parts placed directly on the floor. |
There are different abrasive-recovery systems, including scrapers, which do not require special construction work for installation.
The booths can be equipped with a special vibrating sieve located in the dynamic separator, to prevent blockages in the jets and maintenance problems.
