Shotblasting machines for large boilers. Designed using rollers or chain-drawn trolleys or platforms to carry the work through the shotblasting booth, these units are especially suitable for shotblasting complex parts, and are normally used for treating boilers and similar parts. Once the parts to be cleaned have been welded and trimmed, they are placed on trolleys or directly on the rails and are carried through the shotblasting machine at an adjustable speed, subjected to abrasive jets at different angles from several turbines. They are cost-effective replacements for manual shotblasting using compressed air in large shotblasting booths.

Shotblasting machines for sections, tubes and plates, for use with painting equipment. These shotblasting machines are especially designed for cleaning commercial laminated products. The parts are carried on rollers at an adjustable speed through a tunnel where all of their surfaces are cleaned. After cleaning, all traces of shot are removed from the parts. We can supply continuous-process painting or finishing equipment for use with these units.
