Suspended-Load Shotblasting Machines
These are shotblasting machines in which the parts to be cleaned are suspended on hooks, either individually or bunched, to receive the abrasive jets from the turbines. A very broad range of installations is included under this heading, in which the main characteristic is their versatility, both as regards the size of the parts to be treated and the many configurations that can be achieved. All shotblasting booths for suspended loads are constructed entirely of wear-resistant steel and are reinforced in the areas that directly receive the impact of the shot with replaceable components of the same material.

Standard hook shotblasting machines. Are those in which the loads, suspended on hooks, are carried into the processing booth. This makes it possible to isolate the shotblasting area. These shotblasting machines are adapted to the space that the client has available and allow various configurations of the overhead transport rails.

Special suspended-load shotblasting machines. These are units in which we have to adapt the design to the parts to be treated. In some cases, they are used in continuous production processes, normally linked to other installations for painting or finishing operations. The advantage is that once the parts have been attached to the hooks, they need no further manipulation.
